Once Off & Administration options
Once Off includes the above, and upon fulfilment of everything, the Landlord pays us a commission for such services.
Collection of initial payments and deposits
The Landlord holds the deposits in their account.
Administration includes the procurement of a successful Tenant whereby a commission for such is payable. An administration fee equal to a percentage of the monthly rental amount is payable for this service which includes:

Deposits held in Big 5 Properties Trust account according to Estate Agents Affairs Act
