- Administration includes the procurement of a successful Tenant whereby a commission for such is payable. An administration fee equal to a percentage of the monthly rental amount is payable for this service which includes:
- A Virtual Tour of property interior Before and After so a Landlord can inspect the property themselves ‘virtually’ from anywhere in the world without having to travel to it.
- Deposits held in Big 5 Properties Trust account according to Estate Agents Affairs Act
- Invoicing, and Collection of monthly rentals along with services expenses
- Pay any bills on behalf of owner pertaining to rental agreement
- Assistance with maintenance issues
- Once Off includes the above, and upon fulfilment of everything, the Landlord pays us a commission for such services.
