Ballito is currently one of the fastest growing town’s in South Africa and is located on the Dolphin Coast in KZN.
The waters off Ballito’s Beach warm most the year round and are the playground of the bottlenose dolphins and other marine mammals. The dolphins favour this stretch of coastline because of it’s relatively clear and shallow waters, and can often be seen playing in the waves amongst the surfers. Whales are also frequently spotted on their annual migration to Mozambique from August until around the end of October.
The main swimming beaches in Ballito provide a safe swimming environment with qualified life-guards and are protected by shark nets. Further south of Clarke Bay is the Ballito tidal pool which caters for the young and old. The pools are well maintained, clean and are home to a wide variety of sea life. Ballito is home to plenty of good fishing spots, which guarantee keen fishermen of at least a good bite and perhaps the catch of a lifetime.
There are a multitude of excellent schools, medical facilities, shopping centres, golf courses, long off-road cycling routes and other within the close proximity. Award winning estates have already been developed here as the demand continues in increase which opens the opportunity to develop.
This land is approximately 9km from Ballito town where it is being utilised to farm sugar cane currently, and is very close to Sugar Rush park. It has a main tarred road running through the Western boundary giving good access to the land from many points, as well a district road on the Eastern side. It has a natural deep dam which is fed into by a multitude of natural streams or spillways after rain, as well as lovely scattered trees amongst the sugar cane. There are some old small homes on the farm which are currently being rented long term, and there is a tenant leasing the dam facility area. There is also a development underway on the neighbouring farm indicating the demand requirement existing already.
